Yoga classes on this website are designed for fit and healthy participants who understand that the classes are non-interactive and unsupervised. Teaching guidance will be given throughout the video including detailed instructions on how to modify postures and flows.  Students’ participation in the class/instruction is at their own risk and subject to and governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales;

 

Participants are encouraged to practice in a suitable environment and spacious area ensuring they practice within their own limits especially with regards to weight-bearing and balance postures. Classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced students but beginners should first review the videos contained within the Yoga Solutions part of the site - especially one entitled ‘New to Yoga’.  At the beginning of each class, the level to which the class is aimed will be made clear so always listen to the introduction of each Yoga video.
