First off - don't yawn or feel ashamed when I mention habits. Habit Change Coaching is for every day people. It's for stressed out poor sleepers who feel tired but wired. It's for imperfect, overthinking, over - eating, over - drinking people. People who procrastinate. People who start things and don't finish them. Those with good intentions that seem to fade away. Those with creeping self doubt.
In other words, it's for every day people - just like you and me! No judgement required.
It's fine to set goals, but how do we achieve them when the washing machine just flooded your floor and the kids are fighting ? When there's a deadline at work and it would just be so much easier to get a take away, watch TV and skip your exercise? When a relationship drama comes in or a job application goes nowhere and knocks your self esteem to the floor?
What then for your dreams and goals?
Habit change coaching helps you be your best you. In real life. For those times when you just don't care anymore and you want to forget about your healthy habits. When you're stressed out or bored and want to give up.

Because we tend to fail if we set the bar too high. Instead, I focus on making as small a change as possible because I want you to build up the habit of success even if that just means in the little things at first.
